1. Medical Services

Cosmex Vein Clinic provides specialist vein treatment services including:

• Consultations and assessments
• Diagnostic scanning (Duplex ultrasound)
• Thread vein treatments (Spectra Vein Laser)
• Varicose vein treatments (RFA, EVLA, Foam Sclerotherapy)
• Follow-up care and monitoring

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Booking: Appointments can be booked online, by phone, or in person
• Cancellation Policy: Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations
• Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee
• No-Show Policy: Failure to attend without notice may result in the full consultation fee being charged
• Rescheduling: We will accommodate rescheduling requests when possible

3. Fees and Payment

• Consultation Fees: £50 for facial/thread vein consultation, £250 for duplex ultrasound scan
• Non-refundable: All consultation fees are non-refundable
• Payment Methods: We accept cash, card, and bank transfer
• Insurance: Some treatments may be covered by private medical insurance
• Pricing: All prices are subject to change with notice

4. Medical Treatment Consent

By booking a consultation or treatment, you:

• Confirm that all medical information provided is accurate and complete
• Understand that treatments carry potential risks and benefits
• Agree to follow pre and post-treatment instructions
• Acknowledge that results may vary between individuals
• Consent to necessary medical examinations and procedures

5. Treatment Outcomes

While we strive for excellent results:

• Individual results may vary based on medical conditions and other factors
• Multiple treatments may be required for optimal results
• We cannot guarantee specific outcomes
• Follow-up treatments may be necessary

6. Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Follow all pre and post-treatment care instructions
• Attend scheduled follow-up appointments
• Contact us immediately if you experience any complications
